The Business Office at Chatuge Regional Hospital is trained to handle your Registration, Precertification, Patient Account and Billing needs. Secure online payments options are available for your convience at http://uniongeneral.patientcompass.com If you are planning to have a sevice at the Hospital, the Business Office reminds you to please have your Insurance Cards, Photo ID, and Physician's Order available. Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please call 706-896-2222 with any billing or payment concerns prior to or after your services.

Health Information Management (Medical Records)

The HIM department is located on the 2nd floor of the Hospital. Where we have seven full tim employees to service the health information needs of patients. We assemble patients health information including medical history, symptoms, examination results, diagnostic tests, treatment methods, and all other healthcare provider services. We organize and manage health information data by ensuring its quality, accuracy, accessibility, and security. We regularly communicate with physicians and other health care professionals to clarify diagnoses or to get additional information.
